Store Policies
We have a 7 day exchange policy for defective and or DOA printers only. A replacement will be sent when defective product is received and verified that it is defective. Cross ships are possible with a credit card hold. Equipment must be repackaged in original packaging. Customer must notify seller within 7 days of delivery that product is defective and must request an RMA number before returning item. If any items are delivered with physical damage to the box, it can be refused for delivery with the carrier and another will be shipped expeditiously. If the damaged item is delivered, then the item will be treated as a DOA. All consumable items are warrantied by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for 30-90 days from date of purchase depending on individual OEM policy's. We do not except returns for any consumable items ie; Toner, Drum Units, Imaging Units etc. Any DOA consumable items must be returned the to OEM directly. HP CarePacks are filled electronically.
